Capital One Base Rate Saver

I just applied for this account last week and wondered if anyone has it.
The interest rate is currently at 4.55%, but it says it will guarantee to beat the base rate until 2010 - so it should be going to 4.80% very soon I presume.
Do people who have this account think it's any good? I'm not transferring my money over to them until I get all confirmation in the post that it's all set up.
At the moment I'm with smile and get a terrible 4%!!!!! on £1500

The rate went up today to 4.8%. I've only had it for around a month. I've only used DD to transfer money which is a slow method, but the money's always got there.0
