Bathroom light with fan question

Hi
I am looking for a bathroom light with an integrated fan but I don't know what specification of fan I would need.
The dimensions of the bathroom are W 1.8m L 2.1m H2.5m
Please could someone let me what I need and any recommendations of actual products would be appreciated.
Thanks

With all due respect if you are asking this question you are not qualified to carry out the work.
You can generally only replace like for like but new or additional circuits need certifying.
Look for a good electrician in your area and he will advise
However, most bathroom fans/lights are fan/lights and will all do the same job, they range in price form £30-£40 from most leading DIY stores. I would be more concerned about the noise as some can be unbearably loud.
Look for one where the fan is part way along the ducting so that you can locate this in the loft.0 -
open a window or fit an air vent.Get some gorm.0

Seems a bit of a waste of money long term.
Every single time you go into your bathroom you will use the light and the fan.
I can understand you will need the fan for the wc sometimes or for the shower
but you are going to use a lot of electricity you dont need to.
Why not have a seperate fan.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Or fit a fan with a humidistat, then it will only run when needed (or when you want it to, using the pullcord override). No free lunch, and no free laptop

If the bathroom doesn't have a window, then the fan must come on with the light.
If it has a window it can be seperately controlled.0
