WD external hard drive

hi guys got my replacement WD external hard drive today,,when I sstart up pc it does not start up with pc,I have to unplug usb then reinsert usb,,I also noticed it says it is running on FAT32???? are these the right files for a uk PC any help would b good help

You should probably reformat it to NTFS.That gum you like is coming back in style.0

Right click my computer>manage>storage>disk management. find the correct drive and right click>format
NTSF or FAT32 I preffere NTSF as you can store larger files ie movies but google it if you are unsure.0
