HI
I ordered a mobile phone via mobiles.co.uk it arrived and i requested a pac code from my old service provider for my number to be transfered over and in the meantime still was able to use my old sim card for a few days in the new phone. Then after 2 weeks as was given the incorrect pac code twice had to wait 2 weeks as the easter holiday weekend came for the number to come over.
I inserted my new sim and behold the phone displayed a locked sim error message - rang carephone warehouse,orange,mobiles.co.uk explained and no one would take responsibility, then finally mobiles.co.uk said they sent me a faulty phone and would send a replacement which i have to pay to send the faulty one back.
Anyway the issue of the bill how unfair that i've received a faulty phone and been billed and money taken out well i'm disputing this now and no onw will take this responsibility of giving me a refund.
where do i stand.
thanks
