Hi,
I have been looking around on the net for a good deal for a 90% FTB mortgage. The cheapest one I have found so far is with Santander. I was wondering if there are sites I can look at for other deals, and was wondering if anyone has any ideas.

Depends what you want, fixed rate, tracker etc...
Lloyds TSB Lend a Hand offers a 3 year fix at 4.99% £895 arrangement fee
Natwest do a 5 year fix at 6.39% with no arrangement fee
HSBC do a fee free tracker at BOE rate plus 3.99%0 -
Ideally I would like it to be a fixed mortgage. I'd not spotted the Lloyds TSB one. I will have a look. Thank you0
