If anyone could help that would be great!
My fiance has a shared ownership property, (he owns half of it) but I have never owned a property and we are looking to buy a house this year, are we classed as first time buyers?

as a rough guide, if your fiance got a mortgage for the shared ownership then she is not a FTB0

You are not FTBs for the purpose of the stamp duty exemption recently announced.
Is that why you wanted to know?
