Best lawnmower for stripes?
Plasterer
Hi, recently bought a new house and the garden is very large, as for the style of the house I feel a striped lawn would suit best. I rent another house out and have left the flymo for the tennants to use. My question is whats the best lawnmower on the market for a stripey lawn? Pref petrol

For good stripes you need a roller on your mower not just wheels.
For the best it needs to be a cylinder mower but these are only suitable for the best quality lawns.
Such as http://www.atco.co.uk/products/balmoral.html
Other wise a rotary mower will be the preference.

By the largest width you can afford to reduce the number of stripes you have to walk!0 -
