Watching Gardeners World last Friday on BBC 2 the chap was talking about getting recycled food grade containers for about £9 (www,bbc,co,uk/iplayer/episode/b00rzldz/b00rzl80/Gardeners_World_2010_2011_Episode_6/ - 13 mins in)
I have looked and looked on line for some at this price but can't find them anywhere near that price.
Has anyone been able to get hold of some at this price? If so where?
Many Thanks
Jason

There are some on ebay starting from £4 upwards, but the postage will be a killer unless you can collect them - try searching ebay for "recycled drum"0

Hi Valentina,
Looked @ ebay, and unfortunatly there were none local to me, and the postage would be a killer as you say . Thanks for the idea though.Mortgage Jan 2011: £170,000 / Now: £151,8730 -

Might be to big for your purpose but at 1000l storage for £20 these are well worth it.Norn Iron Club member No 3530 -
Try a search for food barrels or drums. I came up with these:

http://www.smithsofthedean.co.uk/Recycled%20Containers.htm
We are looking for some, but both those places are too far away
Any more suggestions?0 -
