No where is this stated, we checked the website and because they where travelling after 01/04/10 we thought that the would be allowed 32K.
Have you taken a print/screenshot of the information to keep as reference - just in case things magically, spontaneously change or disappear?"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

What did the booking reference/email confirmation say about baggage weight? If it said 15kg, then I'd say they are correct (and they would have notified you about the change if it applied).
If it said "see website for baggage allowence", then use the screen dump as proof.
28Kg????? What did you pack? Even my hard case suitcase with my ski boots and ski gear in only came to 18.5kg!
(And isn't there a weight limit per bag, because otherwise it has to have a "heavy" sticker on and be handled by two people rather than one?)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Just had a look at my flight details (going to Poland later in the year for BIL wedding) and it states:-
- Please select the number of bags that you intend to check-in in the field next to the passenger names. If you wish to check-in any bags, a fee will be charged per bag, per flight. Further pieces of baggage can be added at a later stage though the call centre for the same fee. If further pieces of baggage are paid for at the airport, a higher Baggage Fee applies.
- Please select the excess weight of your check-in baggage. If the total weight for all pieces of check-in baggage combined is more than 15 kilograms you have to pay an excess baggage weight fee.
- Please indicate if you will carry sporting equipment with you. A sporting equipment fee will be charged per equipment. If the sporting equipment weight is more than 15 kilograms you have to pay excess baggage weight fee.
- You can save up to 93% when purchasing online or through the call centre, prior to departure. If additional kilograms of baggage are paid for at the airport, a higher Baggage Fee applies.
- The excess baggage weight fee can be paid online for both the baggage weight exceeding 15 kg and the sporting equipment exceeding 15 kg.
- The weight of one piece of baggage cannot be more than 32 kg.
