Repairing An Exercise Bike Console

The Console on my Exercise bike is not working properly the speed and the distance shown on it get mixed up i can not repair it myself and i have asked a few Television repair shops to fix it for me and they told me that they do not repair that type of stuff
What is the best/right place to go to to have my Exercise bike console repaired .
Any advice on the subject please

It probably isn't economically possible to repair.
Electronic bike speedos with trip meters are pretty cheap these days and if you hunted around you could probably find one with all the feature your original unit had. You may have to watch out on wheel size and how the bit on the wheel fits of course.
Here's a fr'instance unit on eBay that costs £5 delivered (there are umpteen)...

Halfords maybe but you'd pay a lot more than on eBay.
Bike speedos work by counting the wheel revolutions in some way or other so the diameter of the wheel is obviously important. On reflection it may be that calibrating a device that was never intended for your exercise bike may be tricky because as it is going nowhere the size of the wheel on it is pretty irrelevant.0
