on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

I am in my shiny new office which I'll only be in for a few weeks before I leave.. currently being blinded by the sun coming through the gap in the badly-designed blinds.. oh joy :)

    Hi All

How are you all doing? I'm going to do the washing up and generally continue on my 'Cleaning the house and finding the floor' phase so that I no longer feel ashamed when people come to see me :(

This afternoon I'm also going to start ringing round my job contacts and going to give blood. Hope they give me LOTS of biscuits as today is a NSD and I may be feeling a bit weak-willed afterwards!

I'm feeling tired though. Stayed up to watch 'Children of Men'. Were you watching this too Scaredy? Why did they start it at such a stupid hour?

    Sending lots of love.

it's very quiet on here - everyone must be working hard or having too much fun to chat!
i have done next load of washing and put it on the line, put all kids clothes away and sorted uniforms for tomorrow - just having lunch so that i am not tempted to but food at the gym then swimming - the weather is lovely so we might even get to use the outdoor pool!

5 min in the jacuzz might help my aching shoulders! thats my excuse anyway

Hello all, couldn't get here any earlier,as DD was hogging internet! She has now broken the (ethernet??) cable pulling it out, the plastic end has snapped off..I've superglued it back on,but my lappy was a little reluctant to log on,so we shall see...if I disappear, you know why! I'll be heading out for a new one!
Been for my run today,no stiffness in calves, but kness now feel "bruised"...don't know if it's from running,or falling down steps on sunday...still,not too bad so I just ran through it anyway! Not much else on here,it's lovely n sunny, but still with that cold wind.....catch y'all later..SRM xx
