Prices per KWH have not doubled in charge. (I paid 31p per unit in 2008 as opposed to 28p now) All I am requesting is rather then paying the 28p per unit I am currently charged they back value the bill with 20p per unit as per the new rate I have been put on due to my usage - as I have always had this usage it was just never picked up!!

EEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKK 31p per unit, 28p Per Unit. That's VERY high. When we had an economy 7 meter in our last place, the costs were more like 17p for the first 900 KWH, 12p for the rest and 5.5p for the night rate. This was only a few months ago. You need to check uSwitch or one of the other price comparison sites.

Hi kjsmith- your partially right but the opposite way round - my usage now qualifies for the lower rate but my back billing is charged at the previous higher rate!

ignite- your right i am getting straight onto u switch once this is sorted out!

    Thanks
