Why the big gap? Would you mind editing your post and removing it?

The stuff you're going off on in the previous reply is an automatic signature, like the one about being a former bailiff that will be somewhere below my post here, not an attack on you.

As for what to do now they've written back and say they don't agree with your notice... well you've told them what you will do if they ignore your notice. The point of a notice is that you're not asking them what to do, you are giving them notice of what you *will* do, so if they continue to call after your deadline then complain as you said you would.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything

okay i probably will not get any more from them at this time but finding it a bit distressing i might send the whole thing to a firm that can deal with it on my behalf
sorry for the quip earlier i am not trying to get at you but am feeling a little jumpy over the whole senario now

Don't pass it over to a firm judy. Even if you could afford to pay them it really would be wasted money. They do not deliver what they promise. Save your money.

If you are still not convinced here are - here are 15more pages of posters trying to stop people wasting their money in a similar way.

    Hi judy
I agree - DO NOT go to any companies:eek: there are a lot of people on here who have had hopeless results from them.
I am in process od going down PPI reclaims, CRA requests and BankCharge reclaims and i am using all the excellent resources, templates and resources you have on this brilliant site:T
Lots of people have had unbelievable results by using the guides and templates
I would also recommend you post on the Unenforceabilty etc thread. NID is a real wizard :D at winning!
I will be using his services very soon for my CRA request conquest!
Keep your chin up and dont despair!
