Help! I need some advice!!

A few weeks ago I bought an item off Ebay. The seller does not accept payment
so I needed to send a postal order or cheque to him. Since I was busy that weekend I asked him if I could post the payment the following week and he said that was fine.
Come the following week and I realised that he had given me an incomplete address. There was no street name or house number. This was at the end of July. For the last week or two I have been e-mailing him and I have had no response! What can I do about this as I do not want to get into issues with Ebay??
