This is the first week I will set myself some goals on here, in the hope that I can stick to them better than if I just set them in my head! So for me I hope to:
*Not buy my lunch at all this week (make sandwiches and bring them in)
*Have 2 no spend days
*Put some items for sale on Ebay
*Tidy up my pile of bills and sort out paperwork
*Clear my pile of ironing! (Not exactly DFW but it will help clear the clutter in my house!)
Not many on the list, but very achieveable I think!
Good Luck everyone!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts

hi all:
Last week's:
1. Stick to budget, have £10 in my purse and I am not going to draw anymore money out until Friday (only planned outting is to the cinema, reduced rate of £4). budget? what budget? OH decided to decorate my flat- all of it- cost £60
2. Go running twice. was ill for most of week so no
3. Bring lunch 4/5 days (having free work lunch on the other day).was off ill for most of week so yes, kind of
4. Sort out claiming tax back from last year's pension AVCs.have filled in form just need to post
This week's:
1. Still feeling peaky but that's not an excuse to splurge, budget of £10.
2. Go running twice (or just a walk if too unwell)
3. Bring lunch all week (have ingredients so no excuses)
4. Pay credit card bills (I like having the money in my savings account, it's hard to part with it)
5. Have a no spend weekend (at OH's parent's so should be achievable)
Good luck all!Saving for an early retirement!0 -
Hey! I might join you if that's ok! But mine are for the month...
- I will try to walk to work at least once a week!
- I will do at least two shifts a week at my second job
- I will not take anymore cash out of my current account (£150 in there at present) and try to live off what I have leftWas debt free... then went travelling!0
