It looks like some of your render has been knocked off when your old window was taken out (can`t be helped sometimes) .
Then it looks like they have used white silicon to fill it in when they should really have used cement and made it look more like the existing render.
I would mention it tomorrow that you want it putting right because that looks a mess.0 -
they may well make good, but they wont paint the whole wall, which is what might be needed in the end.
some houses with a render finish are a PITA.Get some gorm.0 -
still not had it resolved

Looks like a tyrolean finish to me, NO is the simple answer to your question it looks like a shat job. Any decent window installer will make good what they have done wrong. Also any decent glazer would make you aware if they could not guarantee that the render will come away age condition etc before they start. However the good news is that if it is tyrolean finish a plasterer could fix that in a couple of hours - get a quote of a local plasterer and get it put right (I suggest you hold back £200 of the glazers money until you get you quotes) - Good luck.0

Ask them if they are going to take that mess out underneath the window and replace with sand cement and get the right tyrolean (if it is tyrolen) finish to correct. Also - have they stuck a big peice back on the wall with silicon? on the left of the picture? I wouldnt have it personally - You say they are a well reputed company? If this is the case they wont quiblle about putting it right - In fact if they are well reputed they wouldnt have done it like that to start with. Just out of interest how much is the job worth toi them?0 -
