Moving house with Sky?

Hi
I'm currently in a flat with a communal dish. i pay about £55-60 and get sky, sports, HD, broadband (not the basic but a bit higher spec) and evening and weekend calls. i took out my HD contract in nov/dec so it has a minimum twelve months.
I'm about to move house to a terraced property. It will need a sky dish. Can i take my subscription with me or will sky try and rip me off for a new contract? Any tips how to get the best deal out of sky here? Will they install a dish and what does this cost?

They charge £60 to install a new dish, though from experience if you politely threaten to leave then they'll lower it to £30 or free if you're lucky
You can also sometimes get free installation if you upgrade to a more expensive package.

I'll be moving at the end of the year and I certainly won't be paying Sky for a new dish, if they want to keep my business they'll install it for free or I'll go with Virgin, simples0

I'm in virtually the same position as OP. We have regular (not HD) Sky from a communal dish, broadband and phone and will soon be moving.
We want to get HD. Are best to (1) have our current services moved and then upgrade to HD in a few months or (2) do the move and upgrade all at once?
We just want the move to go smoothly; don't want to do anything that might confuse the Sky systems. :rotfl:
Are normal and HD dishes different? If we move with normal Sky and subsequently upgrade, will we have to have a standard dish put up then a new HD one in a little while?0
