sygma silver card

i applied for a silver card sat and was told it went to the underwriters, now having knowledge of that job myself im rather worried that not that it went to them but there are no searches on experian?!? do they not use them? and also she gave no reference to the dpa or sharing my information with other credit providers... it was litterally a 5 min call

has anyone else made a telephone application? and how did it go?

    I applied via the telephone and it got referred to the underwriters, because I have a password protected credit file.
