Worktops - cappucino stone

Hello,

I'm using this as a last resort. I've just had a new kitchen and have had cappucion stone (axiom) worktops and upstands fitted.

I've been looking everywhere for a suitable splashback and after finally choosing tiles, have decided that I don't like them (despite my husband spending approx 8hrs fitting them).

I now realise that what would look best would be the same splashback as the worktops but unfortunately the only size they sell them in is a full sheet 3030 x 1210 and I only want 600 x 750. I don't want to spent £199 on a sheet of this when I only need a small piece.

Does anyone know of a place that I can buy a small piece? I've contacted my local supplier and the manufacturer but both only sell it by the sheet.

I know it's a long shot but do you know anyone with a piece that they didn't use or of a company that would keep off cuts? I've got a fair bit of spare, unused worktop left and even considered finding someone who could cut it so that it would got from 40mm to 6mm, am I asking too much?
