Can't use" search this forum", as comp playing up again.
Which Flash Player do I need, Macro something or Adobe.
Also what is Shockwave. Do I need all three. Are they safe?

Yep, all safe. Macromedia flash and adobe flash are the same thing (adobe now own them). You can safely download all three if you need them.
    Nice to save.

So what security are you running on that machine which will not let you download applications?

You should be able to download Flash Player from here however this site also uses javascript!

Nowt happening Espress..javascript and active x enabled.Clicked refresh an F came up..click this to activate...did so...very slow loading indicated in status bar. Then stood still. No gold bar, as I've sometimes seen to reduce security for downloading. Then everything stopped. Lifes too short .Unticking the Yahoo toolbar choice even worse, like watching paint dry.Perhaps it don't like my Google toolbar.Standard XP Home , usual AV and ZA not Norton or Macoffee.
