You might be better asking this in the DRO thread at the top of the page, you will most probably get more answers there :)

A debt relief order only covers the debts included in it, which is why it is imperitive that all debts are included at the time of application. However, I've never come across a case such as your and can't find any relevant information to hand to be able to tell you whether it can be varied and other debts included, so I would advise you to contact the intermediary who dealt with your DRO.

It can't be added as far as I know.

Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986
as added by Schedule 17 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007

    (8) The official receiver may amend a debt relief order for the purpose of correcting an error in or omission from anything specified in the order.

    (9) But subsection (8) does not permit the official receiver to add any debts that were not specified in the application for the debt relief order to the list of qualifying debts.
