Lloyds TSB - I threw everything out

Options
At the beginning of last year i set about obtaining a list of my bank charges whick amounted to about 4k in to hope of reclaining some if not all of the balance. However, after the court case in November i thought that was the end of it and threw all paperwork away. I have not had any access to the internet since December due to severe financial dificulties but after reading that people are still reclaining under financial hardship (which i most definately qualify as) i was wondering how/if i can proceed.

The last letter i received from Lloyds said that although they could see i was in financial hardship their fees were lawful and they would not be refunding anything and that they would be in touch to see how else they could help(i never heard anything)

Sorry if its a bit of a ramble

You need to find out your details and certainly of the charges.
    What caused your financial hardship?
What did you do when you approached the bank?
Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?

As has been said on here, banks have ALWAYS been able to consider refunds of charges under financial hardship but it is not the ONLY thing that they have to do or can do.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

did you ever file a claim with the county court?
if so you may be able to get in touch with them explaining your situation and obtain a copy of paperwork (providing you reached the stage of sending them all the paperwork that is)
