Is a contract made void on a refund?
Comments

Not cyptic at all...I think the first post puts it clear enough. If a seller did not have a full item to sell and gave an option to the buyer to either wait for it to turn up or a full refund, has the seller made best efforts to rectify the problem?
If the seller makes a full refund, is the contract void?
What the "consumer rights" of the seller?
You may not think it's cryptic, but there are some who do! Who knows if the seller has made best efforts to rectify the problem?0 -
Are you the seller or the buyer? What would you like to happen?Gone ... or have I?0
-
so not a "hypothetical" question then?!? I take it your the seller?0

It's a hypothetical question....0

If the seller has offered options to the buyer they should go with what the buyer wants surely...not what the seller now wants!0

It means that the buyer's rights will have been fulfilled.Sorry what does that mean in English. Does that mean the buyer has theorectically no rights to claim anything?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
