Not cyptic at all...I think the first post puts it clear enough. If a seller did not have a full item to sell and gave an option to the buyer to either wait for it to turn up or a full refund, has the seller made best efforts to rectify the problem?

If the seller makes a full refund, is the contract void?

What the "consumer rights" of the seller?

You may not think it's cryptic, but there are some who do! Who knows if the seller has made best efforts to rectify the problem?

The seller has offered the buyer a full refund or to have the replacement accessory re-ordered.

Are you the seller or the buyer? What would you like to happen?

What more do you want the seller to do?

Just would like to know the buyers and sellers rights.

Surely if a full refund was made, that is that, no?

Perhaps you should come back to us when you have a genuine question, rather than wasting our time?

If the seller has offered options to the buyer they should go with what the buyer wants surely...not what the seller now wants!

Sorry what does that mean in English. Does that mean the buyer has theorectically no rights to claim anything?
It means that the buyer's rights will have been fulfilled.
