You wont of gotten a renweal a few months back as the tax year has only just ended. They will be getting sent out soon for you to update them on your final figures for the year. Then they will send out your new award.0

According to something posted last year, they send out the forms in the order of how much tax credits you receive.0

I rang and updated them with this last years and this years income. I'm pretty sure I won't get anything now as I earn £15,000 and I think the threshold is £13,600?
They are still paying me though, so I'm saving it to one side ready to have to pay it back

sorry to jump in here but i have a question on a similar theme.
question for a relative.
only claiming WTC, only been claiming for one year. WTC payments for 09/10 have been paid based on estimate and 10/11 payments have started to be paid as per the original award notice.
should claimant contact DWP now with accurate 09/10 figures and 10/11 estimate as both amounts are/will be more than originally estimated?
the total income 09/10 is around £850.00 more than the estimate due to savings interest that wasnt on the estimate, and 10/11 will be around £1000 more than estimate. they want to do things right, should they just wait for renewal or do it now? the longer they wait the lower future payments will be due to overpayments.
dont want to get into trouble.
thank you.0
