Hi guys,
I've just spent the best part of 20 minutes on the phone with Bentley Cooper trying to get a refund for the £99.99 they took from me.
I keep getting told that I'll get a callback between 4pm and 6pm (which is the only time their refund department has staff) but the call never comes.
It's funny, because when I was on the phone with an 'advisor', who's only job is to fill an application in, she told me that the refunds department was busy at the moment sorting paperwork. I was then transferred to another 'advisor' who told me that there was only one staff member in the refunds department and that they weren't in until 4pm.
Has anybody had any luck getting money back from this company?
We're taking the matter to the police if the callback doesn't come today. They tool the £99.99 unlawfully in the first place.
Any advice guys?

How did they get your bank details?0

Did you require their services to get a loan, credit card....you must have given your card details.
What has the police got to do with it??? Don't waste their time...more important things to deal with.0 -
I will bet good money there is no call back coming.
Put it all in writing and send recorded.0 -
I'll bet £99.99 that there is no call back.

Tbh draw a line on the subject and move on. You won't this money back."An arrogant and self-righteous Guardian reading tvv@t".
!!!!!! is all that about?0 -
The money was fraudulently taken from my account.
They took my card details over the phone when I applied for a loan. They assured me that no money would be taken from the account until I'd signed the paper work.
The paperwork was never signed, and the money taken.
If someone steals your car, do you not report it to the police?0 -

Whether you manage to get a refund or not, you should really have an adult next to you when making these rash decisions to go throwing out all access details into your account.
Has this now taught you NEVER EVER EVER give out your details to a company you have not researched first.
NOBODY is going to offer you a genuinely great deal......EVER
Have you heard the saying "if it sounds too good to be true.......it probably is" ?
Who on Earth are Bentley Cooper anyway??Beware of imitations e.g. Robert Sterling0 -
Basically the scam is: if you give your bank details to a company they can take out money and it will take a long time to get it back and by then the company will be gone
What I am shocked about is that this company BENTLEY and COOPER or BC loans, are the same company as TLG loans and Carter and Carter Financial and Loansupermarket run by Irfan Nasrullah, Noman Nasrullah and Zeeshan Nasrullah who are living a life of luxury thru this scam that the police etc can not do anything about it otherwise they would not have been set up again and again at the same office in Stockport
In future, Never give your card details to any company and I would complain to the bank and credit cards as eventually something may happen
but sadly for now, anyone who has given there account details, that money has long gone to there luxury lifestyles in Pakistan and Dubai
SO all those scammers, why not do the same as there is no law to stop you or arrest you
