This is a 'grabbit board' not a moaning board. There is a rant forum. Use it.....simple really.

Ah, but this is a limited edition, short time offer rant, so Grabbit while you can! :p

They said there would be a form in your account to fill in - do you know where it is?

Shazzyf did you find your form? I logged back into quidco to fill it in and it isn't there. Apparently it is meant to be under transactions within 24 hours. Mine isn't there and it won't let me send a enquiry for 60 days. How do I contact quidco without waiting 60days?

What makes you think it has to be there within 24 hours? Most of the cashback sites would say that you need to wait longer than that before they will start investigating anything. I'm sure that somebody on here said that their cashback tracked really fast - but it took a few days for mine to show from the same retailer/offer.

I have been using Quidco for nearly 3 years, and earned almost £700 for buying what I was going to buy anyway. One year, my car insurance effectively cost me £30 - FULLY COMP !!

The only 2 or 3 declines I have had were for cancelled orders, so nothing I have ever 'completed' on has been declined.

Yes, some payments take a LONG time to payout, but that is the Merchant, not Quidco, taking their time.

As for the £5 fee - well the organisation has to get paid somehow to run their systems and pay staff. The other cashback companies must just be taking another way and not saying.

I have signed up this free trial and cancelled just before i have to make the first payment, but had my £15 declined :(

thanks for that, i signed up for the 3.99 membership so think i will pay the first payment and hopefully it will work, £11 will do nicely

    if it works
  • For those of you, like me, who did their grand national bets on betfair this weekend to get the £20 cashback...don't forget to log back into quidco and provide them with your betfair username, or you won't get your £20.

where/how do i do that, thanks..
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)

Please see #54. Mine tracked at 0.00 almost immediately, then the following day when I signed into quidco there was a message on the home page asking me to provide my betfair user name, just follow the instructions from the message. If you've not got a messsage yet, maybe you have to wait a day or two, I'm not sure.

As long as you clear your Cookies or use another browser you should be fine.
I use Opera for Quidco and Safari for TCB and that is all I use those browsers for. Works for me. :)
