look in the payments tab to see what money you actually have
check your payout level as well
It says 'no payouts have been paid or scheduled'. Although under a Body Shop payment it says 'received'?
My total transactions are just over £60 but my total cashback received says '£0.00' and always has. Should I be querying this or is this right? I only joined up because everyone on this site goes on about it, I've never really understood how it works.

Is it just me not looking properly or can you not now check to see which companies track better than others?

It used to have a tracking bar so that you could get a rough idea of when it would track etc.

Do they have your bank details and are they correct? Usually if they recieve them then they pay them out the same month. I have been with quidco for 3 years and have had over £2k back from them.

Quidco got rid of this when the 'improved' the site.

they removed the stats when they changed the website :(
Quidco said they were going put them back on with a better system but they havent done it yet!!!
  • eklynne - I am in a similar situation with quidco as yourself - I joined in Feb and I have transacations validated and one tiny amount received. I am assuming I need to wait until over a fiver is 'received' before I will see a balance of total cashback on the homepage. Can any longer term quidco-ers confirm this please?
...and sorry for taking this a bit off topic...

hello there, as u only joined in feb u properly wont have much as recieved, things can validate within days or sometimes months. but it often takes 2-3 months for things to be paid out, some quicker and some even longer. once u recieve ur first £5 cashback, quidco will take it, but afterwards the money recieved is yours. so hang on a little longer and you should start seeing things are recieved.

  • thanks for your help littlebee - and thanks to the OP for sharing these deals - I am going to try the lovefilm offer!

I haven't tried any others, but I have seen this discussion before and apparently Quidco is more likely to pay out and/or has more good offers. I'm happy with it, but if you're using others and are happy with them, no reason to change.

I'm a member of both Topcashback (TCB) and Quidco. I prefer TCB. I started off with it as there was no fee, and really didn't have much incentive to join Quidco afterwards, as they pretty much offer cashback at the same level for the sorts of purchases I make. I prefer the layout of TCB, especially the 'earnings' section, to the equivalent section in Quidco, which I initially struggled to understand. I've also received all my cashback from TCB so far, though once when I also used a code the transaction was refused by the merchant, which was not the fault of TCB. However one query I had with Quidco (Tesco), I could not put in a query till a month had passed, and then had a busy Christmas and forgot all about it, then it was too late! And I am still waiting for the Body Shop card payout! TCB paid out weeks ago. Clearly, I'm a bit miffed with Quidco, but I'd say they may be as good as TCB, but not better.
  • you dont physically pay the £5 quidco 'commission'- first fiver of the total deals you do goes to them, the rest is yours.
Agreed, but it IS my money. If I'd used TCB for all transactions I'd be a Fiver better off.:T

  • lovefilm - £15 for taking a 2week free trial
---be sure to cancel in good time!! ----

apologies, but I am new to Quidco. Quidco states

"£15 for a genuine new user registration and completion of the free trial"

when should I cancel my membership because it says "completion of the free trial" which implies you have to make the 1st payment.

    am I getting this right?

    cheers
