URGENT Help Required: Lloyds TSB overdraft charge with NO notification

Morning all,
I have a meeting this lunchtime with LTSB so any help this morning prior to this will be greatly appreciated!!
I have been charged for using an Unplanned Overdraft on my classic account. I first went OD on 4th Feb, and happened to go online on 12th Feb to pay a bill and noticed this fact so I credited my account. At NO point did I receive a letter from LTSB telling me I had gone OD, so I had no chance to action a credit earlier than I did.
Then on 5th March, this happened again – went OD (an issue with a DD that was incorrectly logged on this account, throwing me OD, and now resolved), and I went online on 15th March to pay something and noticed this again so credited my account. Again NO letters received from LTSB.
I have now been charged £135 for the OD I had in Feb, and I gather that the OD in March is due to be charged in May.
It is LTSB’s policy to let their customers know by letter that they have gone OD so they have a fair chance to do something about it. From speaking to them on the phone, they sent a letter on 4th Feb, 5th March and 15th March and I haven’t received a single one of these.
Question is: Can I reclaim some/all charges as I have not been made aware of the potential OD and charge??
Thanks all
Scott

No you can't use that argument for the basis of a charge. The charge as decided in the bank charges test case is for consideration of an overdraft(what they call an informal request). If it was the first time you have been charged they might refund it as a gesture of goodwill or may suggest an increase in the overdraft to help.0
