Please can someone help me with two questions I have on my leasehold.
My property is an ex council one. The leaseholder is the housing association.
1) A few months ago phoned the housing association to ask how long I had on my lease, as the lease documents were confusing. They said 95 years.
Now that i have asked them how long i have left, will they assume I want to renew it and put the price up?
2) if you look on the lease calculator website more than once, does the price keep going up, the more you check the calculator?
Thank you

Hello,
In answer to your questions:
1. No, no reason that they should, if you made it clear it was just a query about the length of the lease
2. I don't know which website you are referring to, but I can't see that it would make any difference how many times you check it, it will be a simple mathmatical calculation, I would have thought.0 -
I cannot remember if I made it clear I was just asking how long was left on the lease. I hope I did.
What other questions would I have to ask for them to put the price up?
thank you.0
