ive asked them to explain it to me everytime they do it, but they are as confused as me and have no explanation, hence the refund and they say it wont happen again. But now i want them to pay for giving me a lower credit score than i would have had, because now i cant buy the house i need because the mortgate company say its coming up in the report that im making late payments more than twice so they class me as risk to lend to.
After all this is sorted im going to change my bank.

I don't believe in going straight to complaint but giving the person/business a chance to sort things out first. However, you have done that and it appears you are not getting the right sort of response.

It's time for you to escalate this to a complaint. Put it in writing and mark it formal complaint. You don't need to write war and peace but you do need to make it clear that its happening frequently and you are not getting an adequate response from the branch with regards to why its happening and they dont appear to be able to stop it from happening.

ok thankyou i will do that today and send it off to there complaints department. Theyre quick enough to charge me for supposedly going overdrawn but when its their mistake its a shame i cant charge them. Do you know if people are still taking the banks to court over reclaiming their charges and if its working?
