does this look ok to you lot? im being honest. and am accepting paypal only and block bidders from outside the uk or who have more than 2 strikes against them in the past 30 or is it 60 days.
am i still to watch out for scammers? having not been scammed yet what are the tell tale signs?

I would also block those with less than 5 feedback who have no credit card on file. It's the bottom option on the preferences page.
I'd say the thing about petrol etc in the T&Cs makes you look a bit defensive... your P&P price is fine.
Maybe bump up the description a bit... find out the model of the phone?My TV is broken!

Personally I think you should put a little more effort into your listings. What accessories are included? Does the water damaged one show any life or not? etc etc0
