Hi,
My husband presently works abroad and is classed as a non British Tax Payer. On our savings accounts he currently pays tax. Can anyone confirm that he should fill in Form R85 in order to have his part of the interest paid tax free. Thank you - sally

Possibly an R105 (if normally non-resident) is more appropriate? See more detail here :-
