Help required regarding DLA/CT Benefit and Income Support

Hi everyone.
I am considering moving in with my partner's at her family home. Her mother is the only other person living there and is on DLA/CT Benefit and Income Support. My partner is still in education if this helps!
My question is, if I do decided to move in, I realise that she would have to inform them that I am in the house but would this change her benefit. It has already been agreed, in principle, that I would not pay her any rent and I would pay for my own food, my own household and other expenses.
Any help would be wonderful as I really don't know.:(

if you move in as a lodger then she will have to declare what you pay,if you move in as one of the family then your earnings will count as "household"income, this wont affect dla but could have implications for income support and other means tested benefits.0

I assume then that the ££ i would pay her as a lodger would come off her benefits?0
