Am I a first time buyer

Hello people. first post here! sorry if its in the wrong place!

My father bought a property outright with cash in my name. He later transfered it back into his name.

I'm now looking to purchase a property of my own (with a mortgage), am I considered to be a first time buyer and will i be eligable for the goverment stamps duty holiday
