We can't get my uncles body home either.. and it is costing £35 a day to keep him over there!!! We also need £4500 to get them to actually release his body.. it is all covered by his insurance and his estate will cover that 100 times over but we can't get that without him over here.. totally insane.. so if anyone has a spare £4500 lying around and wants to loan us it.. lol

Word of advice.. don't ever die in Germany!! it costs far too much to get you back home!

OH is so going to get a poke in the eye.. he has been in a right @r$e for the last 3 days.. without any real reason.. that he is willing to share anyway.. Maybe he is a 'normal' male misery guts after all!! I think he is tired and not sleeping properly.. but if I say it he ets all '3 year old' on me and says 'no I'm no' then sulks.. I can't really send him to bed at 7pm can I?

I don't know what your OH's back story is, but maybe he's finding it a bit hard to adjust, however much he loves it all, perhaps some of it comes as a shock sometime?

I know DH found it hard at times to go from single man to coupled up with a child and another due...doesn't mean he wasn't happy about it though, and being out of work must be a tension for him?

I am aware of this but if he won't talk and just sits and stews it isn't going to help him and it sure as hell won't help me or Squeak.. silly men!!

We have had a pretty rough week.. with my uncle and the baby and the decorating/tidying/room shuffling etc.. The boys are being particularly heinous this week too.. DS3 kicks off when they go back to school but DD3 is on one too.. and he hasn't yet learned to pick his fights and just jumps in them all for a battle.. he does need to chill a bit.. but he will get there.. We had a breakthrough yesterday with DS3 who went to him and asked for a hug.. so it isn't that they don't like OH they are just finding life difficult at the moment.

I have 4 with hip/foot problems.. I need to ring podiatry actually and ask about Tiddles and DD4 having foot splits because I can't get them boots and if they have the splints we can get normal shoes and they will still have the foot/ankle support. Mine started off with just insoles which stopped them rolling inwards when they stood..

Both DD1 and I have hip dysplasias, the other 3 have hypermobility 2 severely, inc one with cerebral palsy.. I dread to think what issues this one will have!!

And thank you.. :D.. Good to have to back online :D
