Halifax Bank charges

Can any1 help I have recently wrote to halifax expressing that they refund me bank charges of nearly 6000 quid and under the hardship clause. I have sent the letter twice to my local branch and no one has got back to me its been more than a month. What should my next step be??????? Please help!!!!

Send a copy to Customer Relations, they don't deal with hardship claims in branch.Getting married 02.08.14
