Im currently looking to move and in a sticky situation of not having a guarantor which most seem to be asking for. One said they have a work-around for no guarantor but cant let us know until monday. What work-around are there? Is this the 6 month rent thing?
Annoying since we live in such a bad area and want to get out and we hit this big wall

I wasn't aware most letting agencies or landlord ask for a guarantor, only in certain circumstances such as poor credit rating or low income? Yes the alternative to a guarantor is usually to offer six months rent in advance.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

The OP stated they didn't have a guarantor!, the website you linked to clearly states you need a homeowner guarantor for all loans!0
