hi has anyone used abode conveyancing i am looking for a fix price convayer are they anygood?

We used abode, who appointed our conveyancers -Beaumont Legal. We used them before for a house purchase, which fell through, but up till then I thought they were pretty good. We are using them again this year. Its a fixed no sale - no fee agreement. Just be aware of additional costs, which you can only see in the small print once you have instructed them. You may have to pay extra for things like Local searches + legal fee (if the vendors HIP searches are more than 6 months old), Changing of mortgage lender, and so on. I was aware of this and was still happy to use them again! So far so good!0
