Well my order for two babybjorn carriers and pair of waterproof all in ones was confirmed by email...but only the waterproofs turned up. Invoice said carriers were cancelled.
Most disgruntled so emailed them to complain about lack of customer service...I had received no phonecall or email to let me know.
One email and phonecall later with many apologies..I accepted an offer of refunding the P&P onto my credit card.
Apparently their "stock system" could not cope with hundreds of orders..hence lots of irate customers like myself.
Phone and complain, I basically said what I saved on the waterproofs was almost the cost of P&P, plus as I would have to pay the return P&P for refund, it was not worth it.
