i got the confirmation email but they phoned about half an hour ago and said they won't be having any more stock so my order is cancelled. To which i replyed that i would like to cancel some more items off the order as i only put them on to take the total above £45 to get an extra 10% off, to which she replyed, they can't do it as the other items are now ready to be shipped from the warehouse! I have told her i still expect the 10% off as this isn't my fault and she is speaking to customer services and phoning back. It annoys me because i can't just post the unwanted items back as you have to pay for your own returns!

I ordered one footmuff but when I looked at the description I couldn't figure out what colour it was...it seems that the description on the site was wrong and and I'd wanted Navy!

So I phoned them up and apparently the one I ordered was Black and Grey although they did have a Navy and sheepskin one....... hmmmmm... I have a black and grey pram AS WELL AS a navy one....so... I bought them both


They have arrived this morning and they are the best, most padded, well made footmuffs I have ever seen

So thank you fluffynit, I've just got nearly £90 worth of stuff for £20

OMG! did anyone order one of the tikamak carriers? I expected to get this Blue and white stripey on as shown on the site but its just arrived and it is the most revolting red patterned thing! There is no way i will be seen dead with this one!

They're selling on ebay for £14.99 so you could flog it on there!

They did have 2 styles of carrier but the only one that showed on the screen was 'cuzco' which I believe is the style you have.

That's what happened with me with the footmuff which is why I phoned them up to clarify the colours. They could've made the descriptions a little more specific eh?

I have just seen the colour you are talking about (seen it on ebay), it does look bleurgh...if I had ordered one I would have expected the blue and white one to be honest.

Have a moan to bumpto3 and say that the colour you ordered was not displayed when you bought it...they might give you return free postage.

Failing that..flog it on ebay as someone else suggested!

Can someone help.

I ordered three items.

1. A Baby Bjorn carrier
2. A baby backpack
3. A waterproof all in one

1. It said order cancelled - out of stock
2. arrived ok.
3. did not, they sent a jacket instead of an all in one. The invoice said all in one was sent.


However I received an email from them saying all items have been shipped, and my order status said all three items shipped. I therefore assume they have a legal duty to supply these goods? I know they obviously made a mistake on 3. however the carrier was the one I really wanted (and others).

I'm going to email them and stand firm, and advice / comments?

Sorry - not sure if you did this Sasha - did you have any luck with phoning them? I got the red one to and I really don't like it either. I hadn't thought about trying to phone though
