What do I need to tell WTC?

I am starting a new job tomorrow have been on Income Support for 2 years.
I have been advised to phone Tax Credits tomorrow to tell them of the change in circumstances. Can anyone please give me a list of all the things they will need?

I know they want my childcare providers name and address but thats about it!

They will want your childminder's name, address and childminder's registration number. The amount of childcare per week and the cost

The amount of hours you will be working per week, employment details and expected income.

You need to be able to tell them your employers PAYE reference number along with the number of hours you will be working per week and what your estimated gross income will be this year.
