Tut tut...going into figures would be rude...
...however I can say that 10 toothbrushes subsequently paid for the netbook. (Or they will have done by the time I have to pay for it!)British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -

I'm not even allowed to order anything.
If I try and order with a debit card, I get a selection of amusing refusal excuses, such as:
Card issuer declined transcation
Payment attempted using foreign credit card
Credit refused
Delivery address does not match cardholder address
...and various others, because they can't actually find a real reason!!
The other one they use is "Awaiting Stock", which is eventually followed by the 'Stock not available - order cancelled' letter!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
you should dispute that! if there gona remove your credit facility they should do it properly... and if they cant due to their error you should make them suffer lol0

I ordered a Phillips GoGear Opus mp4 player 2 months ago, when i opened the box which i thought was rather large for such a small item inside were 12 instead of 1. Even on my invoice it said 1 and they only took the price off 1[£99] of my credit limit. Rang them up at my expense, and told them, got £5 credit to my account. Was expecting more lol...:(0

You ordered ONE
They charged you for ONE
They think they sent you ONE
So you obviously only received ONE
