    Once the account is open it should take about 7 to 10 days.

    Credit card companies often exhibit patterns of behaviour. MBNA are known for high limits, for example. Santander poor service etc. Barclaycard for 6.9% LOB deals for existing customers.

    Just because you said something before, doesn't mean it is any more correct if you say it again this time.

    If you're paying interest it's unlikely to be 0, you will have more interest to pay. You will have to phone PO to see if they've approved the application and the BT then phone your other card to see if the BT has arrived and check your next statement for further interest.
