Hi Everyone
I posted a while ago asking some advice about an old rocking chair we had donated to us for our nursery by my nan. The chair was thick and shiny with laquer / varnish and I wanted to paint it white.
So I took your advice and took the chair to be sandblasted. The guy has done a lovely job and the colour of the wood underneath is lovely - but I still want to paint it white
What type of paint do I need?
Do I need some undercoat?
I have some walls and ceilings white emulsion left over from painting the nursery - is this suitable?
Thanks in advance, pictures below:
