Malwarebytes logs and Hijackthis please check

My computer runs really slowly, any suggestions please.

1. I ran malwarebytes twice as I started to do a full scan the first time. The third scan was clean.
2. After this I ran the on-line virus checker from ESET and it removed more 2 more adware (sorry did not keep a log of this)
3. I ran Skybot Search and destroy and it found registry entries that it thought were bad. I aborted the scan and ran hijack this

That's a lot of things running, many more than my Win7, what specs are your computer?
    Move along, nothing to see.

It is a 4yrs + Dell inspiron I2200 Intel Celeron 1.5GHz, 504MB Ram. I inherited it and know that it will be low spec by todays standards. I want to keep it running until I move to a new one. If there are things I don't need and can stop running I will do - its just I'm not sure what is essential and what is not

In Hijack this the item is displayed as !!!!!!!!!! Monthly Subscription Service. The program has a date stamp of 2006???

    Do I delete?

I've run spybot and malwarebytes is now free and have used the AVG remove tool. Anything else I need to do?
