Sorry, I'm not in Cardiff, but my vets offer puppy training classes and also have some posters up for more formal dog training classes in the area.

any local pet shops? they usually have a notice board with info such as classes and pets for sale.

have a look on the notice board at pets at home, down the bay.

I know South Wales Police used to run an excellent one down at Waterton Cross, bridgend. I think it's still going??
