Seems there are 2 offers....OP has said her bag is a Radley....anyway non in Darlington and both branches knew nothing about this deal, but were clearly interested in it...worth checking again in a few days.

Oh but all was not lost...got some gorgeous Clarkes sandals almost new and some New Look, brand new leather pumps for £8 total...fab!
Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

    Hi,

I noticed some Radleys in our local BHF last Tuesday.

I think they had 4 different - not my style.

Called back on Thursday and noticed they'd gone tho.

    Cheers,
    Karen

Dmg24 is right about what the website does state -

Simply donate any good quality, unwanted handbag and in exchange, you’ll be rewarded with £30 off a new Radley handbag of your choice, priced £150 or more!
All donated handbags collected by Radley will be sent to our high street shops around the UK.

So these will be 2nd hand....

But maybe Radley put in some seconds aswell as donated ones!?

I noticed that the date on the website for this offer was during Feb and March...

No seconds in my local store though :(

    Hi,

looked again this morning, there were 2 in the BHF in Billericay.

They were only very small bags, in the glass display case by the DVDs.

One was priced at £10, couldnt see the price on the other.

    Cheers,
    Karen
