These are not seconds (i.e. slight imperfects but new), they are second hand. It is explained in the above link.
    Gone ... or have I?

In the link it says if you donate ANY bag you get a Radley voucher.
If the OP purchased Radley bags marked 'seconds' this is a different offer to the one giving you a Radley voucher for any old bag.

Off to my local BHF now, but I know they won't have any in. They never have anything nice in :(. It's all nasty old prints, old worn books, videos & horrid clothing.

I have confirmed my information with BHF. You can email them, there is a link on their website.

Dmg24 is right about what the website does state -

Simply donate any good quality, unwanted handbag and in exchange, you’ll be rewarded with £30 off a new Radley handbag of your choice, priced £150 or more!
All donated handbags collected by Radley will be sent to our high street shops around the UK.

So these will be 2nd hand....

But maybe Radley put in some seconds aswell as donated ones!?

If these are donated bags, do you think that Radley verify authenticity before sending them onto the charity shops?
