Not entitled to jsa because I'm seeing my children - Pt 2

Ok, I would like to thank all those who posted on my previous thread.
Before I go though I would like to reply to a few who posted.
'I am confused as to why you cannot claim JSA.
you have to be "activly looking for work".' - In my OP you can see that the requirements are...
available for and actively seeking work
this is a conjunctive sentence, in other words both parts have to apply. I have to be available AND actively seeking. So even though I can be browsing vacant ads I am NOT available for work because I am travelling and seeing my children therefore not available.
This is my whole dilemma, as I was on JSA, a qualifying benefit to get travel expenses to see my children, claiming made me ineligible (not available for work) for JSA and as I am therefore no longer entitled to JSA it follows no longer entitled to expenses.
A Catch 22
‘would you change your visit day to accommodate the interview?’ – Would? I am court bound (court order), it is a legal obligation. If I do not turn up at the specified time I am in contempt of court however, this would be the least of my troubles as this would cause further trouble ‘in court’ she would use it as a weapon and also be upsetting for the kids to not turn up when promised.
‘Why on earth do you need a car to move from one part of the country to another?’ – you tried pushing a caravan? Let alone to Kent.
Where would I live in Kent, with what money, without the support of my faily here I would be proverbially screwed.
Anyway enough as many of you think I am just trolling here, sympathy is the last thing I need. Advice is what I was looking for and the last thing I got.
Sorry forum admin if this is against any rules here but will be leaving this site anyway, you may delete both threads as they ultimately serve no purpose to me or the community here.
Thanks
