I've been looking into private tuition actually, it's something i will definitely look into in the new year - just need to think about how to get word around.

I've had a wonderful lie in today, which in turn has made me feel a lot better about things. Sure, it's going to be very had, but things could be a lot worse. I have a lovely OH and we're getting married, whether I have a job or not! I just have to remain positive and hope that something comes along soon. And, in the meantime, I have the money skills to budget and keep tabs on what we're spending and try to keep things ticking over.

    Baby steps, positive style!

    Thanks taxi :)

I've been to the post office this morning to post some christmas presents to family and friends - cost me nearly £8 to do so  I also went into f@t f@ace and treated myself to a gorgeous jacket/cardi with some vouchers I got for my birthday, it's so snuggly warm and lovely :) going to enjoy wearing that over the holidays.

Trying to stay positive with regards to the job/money situation, and keeping tabs on everything. We don't have many more presents to buy and not much else needed, so for now, it'll be okay. We will need to get some food shopping this weekend but that's it!

I'm making curry using sainsbugs with their 17p curry sauce tonight as an experiment. I hope it tastes okay, as it'll definitely be a cheaper option in the future if it is. OH is very dubious about it though, so I guess we'll see.

Hmm, well we ate the curry but won't be getting it again - OH wasn't keen at all really and I wasn't that bothered. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained! We'll know for next time ;)

I had Asda sweet and sour last night and it was like watered sweet and sour - rotten, never again!

So, another day half way over. I'm currently staying with my mum and dad until tomorrow, possibly Wednesday and it nice to just be sat doing not very much, in front of a lovely warm real fire :D

It also means I haven't spent anything for the last two days and probably won't today either. I'm cooking a chili for tea for when they get back from work, and don't have much else on the agenda. OH is back at ours, as he is still at work this week :( but he doesn't mind me being here and I needed a change of scene.

So, currently sat drinking a cuppa watching an episode of 24. Life isn't so bad, sometimes :)
